BOOT CAMP DESCRIPTIONS

 
 

ACTIVE MOM’S:  This Boot Camp is designed with active mom’s in mind allowing them to focus on getting back in shape and develop an active healthy lifestyle.  The focus of this Boot Camp will be to develop cardiovascular fitness, core strength and stability while toning problem areas that may develop after giving birth or through life.  This camp intensity is progressive and fun.  Participants of this boot camp will receive an evaluation, body composition analysis, and have the option of weigh-ins on Saturdays.  This camp is 5 days per week so you have no excuse to fail yourself.  This is a Kid friendly zone.  Bring your little ones in for some social interaction.  Workouts will be held at Both Locations.  Don’t miss out!  Class is limited to 10 participants!

 

ACTIVE SENIOR:  When we retire, we are expected to take it easy and slow down.  This change in lifestyle pattern often times produces disastrous results.  The non-active body atrophies and works less efficiently.  Being so, your more at risk for a heart attack, arthritis, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, or risk of breaking a bone through falling.  It is advised that older adults engage in moderate intensity aerobic exercise 3-5 days per week and engage in strength building exercises 2 days per week.  Are you following those guidelines? By participating in this Boot Camp, you will be able to maintain the ability to live independently, increase your energy, reduce joint swelling, improve posture, control your weight and most of all interact with people trying to reach the same goals.  Furthermore, since Flexibility becomes an issue as we age, the programs are designed for functional ROM to better help you engage in Normal Activities of Daily Living.  This class is a must for seniors and will be scheduled 3 days per week.  There is a Drop-in Fee of only $3 per class.  Class is Limited to 12.

 

LUNCH-EXPRESS BOOT CAMP:  This Boot Camp was designed for the busy professional with limited time to work out.  It is a continuous circuit class utilizing body weight, Kettle Bells, Balls, TRX System and Bands to get an efficient workout in less time.  Show up any time between 12 and 1 for an incomparable workout that gets results and won’t break the wallet.  Camp will be held at both locations

 

FIT KIDS:  As the childhood obesity epidemic (63% of children are overweight) rages on and an alarming amount of children are becoming overweight and or obese, we want to focus on teaching children the fundamentals of exercise and offer different activities they can engage in that are fun and efficient.  This Boot Camp is designed to focus on healthy lifestyle changes, eating right and developing a sound foundation to continue to progress and reach life goals.  Exercises will utilize body weight with a focus on developing body awareness, functional training and flexibility.  This Boot Camp will be offered on an 8 week cycle with prizes, competitions, social interaction and most importantly development of a positive self esteem.  This camp is open for adolescents ranging from 9 - 12 years old. Class size is limited to 15 students.

 

30/10 MAYHEM:  This Boot Camp is a 45 Minute Workout designed by our New Trainer Collin to put you through the paces.  The focus will be on developing a more efficient cardiovascular system, muscular endurance and core stability.  The workouts will be fast paced with minimal rest and lots of dynamic movements.  Come in and see how hard you can push yourself!

 

Dinner EXPRESS BOOT CAMP: This Boot Camp is designed for the busy professional or professional parent running to and from pick-ups or games with limited time to work out.  It is a continuous circuit class utilizing Body weight, Kettle Bells, Balls and Bands to get an efficient workout in less time.  This Boot Camp is similar to the Lunch Express but lets you get a great workout before you go home and eat dinner.  This is a high intensity workout that gets results and won’t break the wallet.  These camps will be tailored to the individuals who lock themselves into the camp. Class size is limited to 10 people.   

 

Beginner Boot Camp:  Beginner Boot Camp is designed for anyone who has not formally worked out and would like to develop a foundation to progress to a more intense formal exercise program.  Campers are taught the fundamentals of proper exercise including the F.I.T.T. principle, proper form and exercise progression.  This camp is progressive and will challenge your cardiovascular and encourage muscular endurance.  The camp will utilize body weight exercises, kettle bells, balls and bands in a more gentle fashion.  A combination of Aerobics and Strength training will be used.  As class size grows, a second day will be added.  This class is designed to help people who are new to working out transition to more challenging Boot Camps!

 

THE ORIGINAL BOOT CAMP (WEIGHT LOSS): The one that works!: Average Joe's Ultimate Weight Loss Boot Camp is designed to be progressive and educational for all of the participants.  The average Boot Camper loses 24 pounds during Boot Camp with some losing as much as 55 pounds.  Imagine that, finally getting your life and weight on track and feeling better about yourself, looking younger and fitting into that outfit sitting in the back of your closet!  The boot camp runs for 8 to 10 weeks, running 3 days per week.  Every Saturday a group weigh-in is conducted and the winner receives a tangible prize. At the end of the boot camp, the overall winner losing the largest percentage of weight receives the grand prize.  This boot camp is very challenging but rewarding. We do not accept complaining or people who want to fall short of their goals. We focus on providing the most conducive atmosphere to reaching your goals so there is no failure.  Make a life change in only 8-10 weeks!

Each participant receives a thorough health history screening, body composition, goal and dietary assessment and Cardio program upon sign-up. The boot camp is designed to teach the essentials of positive lifestyle changes. While learning the essentials, each participant is challenged differently every week to reach a new level of fitness. Each workout is different and progressively challenging. Participants will learn the important components of fitness and be able to maintain their goals. Most importantly, teams will bond and assist each other through the collaborative struggle to be the BEST.  This Boot Camp is limited to two teams of 6.

STRICTLY WOMEN:     This Boot Camp is designed with women in mind focusing on developing a leaner body structure and focusing on Hips, Thighs and Arms and other common trouble areas.  The environment is non-intimidating and the workout will be progressive.  Different workouts every time means your body will never plateau and your results will be more targeted.  Everyone who joins this Boot Camp will receive a complimentary evaluation and body composition analysis.  The participants will also have the option of weigh-ins weekly to chart progress to make sure they stay on target and reach their goals.  Bring a Friend for a Free workout and see how you can finally reach your goals.
